Wine shipments require an adult (over 21) signature. All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and the title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine to any state outside California. Buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Your credit card information will be given to the shipping company for shipment of your wine.

Your wine will be ready for you to pick up once you are notified by mail or email. If you are unable to pick up your wine after 30 days, we will ship it for you unless prior arrangements have been made.

HOW THE CLUBS WORK:

Whites Wines Only, Reds Wines Only, and Mix n Match Clubs:

There is no membership fee or obligation! You can cancel at any time after receipt of 2nd shipment by giving written notice by fax (707) 433-3437 or mail.

You will automatically receive 6 bottles of De La Montanya wine twice a year, May and November, at a 20% discount. You will receive 6 bottles of what we feel are our best wines at that particular time, from the club level that you chose.

If you wish to customize your order, YOU MUST CONTACT US AT LEAST ONE MONTH PRIOR to our shipments to select the 6 wines you want. Otherwise, we will ship your club's selection.

Your Visa, American Express or MasterCard will be automatically charged, including shipping charges, and sales tax if a California resident.

Only persons 21 years or older can join... and due to government regulations regarding wine shipments we are unable to ship to certain states. (Call us)

Members are responsible for address changes. Address or credit card changes should be sent by fax, email or mail to ensure timely shipments and to avoid an additional charge to redirect the shipment to a new (another) address.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled shipment will be charged to the account. 

Primo Club:

Primo Club Members agree to purchase 4 cases of wine per year and will receive a 25% discount. Members choose which wines and when they are shipped. "Futures" can apply to the 4-case minimum.

Primo Members agree to all other wine club policies stated above regarding shipping and tax, address notification and cancellation.
